It’s not often that a post makes me say “wow!” out loud, me not being a particularly “wow!” type of guy. But that’s what your photo made me do! It almost looks unreal, like something from Lord of the Rings (though thinking about it, a lot of that scenery probably WAS real).
I’ll make the French Alps next year’s summer holiday destination then…

I’ve had one or two complaints that I never do proper blog posts anymore, sadly I’ve not done any proper multi day hikes which make for the best posts lately.
